What we keep, and for how long

• Call audio is not recorded by default.
• Call transcripts and summaries are kept for 30 days, with card-like numbers, SSNs and contact details redacted.
• Task records are kept for 90 days and screenshots for 7 days.
• Photos and documents callers send are deleted 30 days after the task closes.
• Each caller's virtual browser is kept for 14 days after its last use, then deleted.
• Phone numbers and email addresses are encrypted at rest.

Service providers

Voice: ElevenLabs. Phone and text: Twilio. Email: Resend. Virtual computers: Maritime. AI models: OpenAI. Payments: Stripe. Each is used only when the business's configuration requires it.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text, or reply “unsubscribe” to any email. Businesses can request that their data be deleted under Settings.
